All our products pass through a rigorous process to verify orders as well as check product quality and condition. Inspect items as soon as you receive them and immediately report any defective, missing, or erroneously shipped item. Our return policy would apply to such items but under the following rules:
- Items must be returned not later than 90 days after the shipment date.
- Returned items must not be damaged, modified, or disassembled.
- You are required to cater for the freight charges unless the defect is confirmed to be from our end
To make use of our return policy, repackage the defective or incorrectly shipped item in the original package and contact us or fill out our online form. The following details will be required:

- Your address and contact number
- Order number
- Part name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return of item
To help prevent incorrect shipments, we allow up to 3 hours of order cancellation for wrongly placed orders. We many also allow later cancellation so long as the item is not yet shipped.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds usually take 3-7 business days to arrive.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
