Showsen is dedicated to delivering top-notch quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, we encourage you to review our return and refund policy for a possible claim.
Non-Returnable Items
It is often that we receive return products. However, if one has one, some criteria need to be met.
- Returning Items should be in their original packaging
- Items should be purchased in the last 30 days – any return request after the said period will not be honored
- The item should not be used, damaged, or tampered with in any way
Returning Process
Please contact our support team to apply for a return before you ship the products. We do not accept return that didn’t defer to our return process.
Upon requesting a return or refund claim, you will be asked to provide the following information to help with the review:
- Product picture
- Purchase date
- Order number
Once we receive your returning products, it will take 1 – 3 business days of inspection to confirm IF the product return request has met the standards of the company.
After your application is accepted, you will received a return label. Please package the item and ship in 3 days.
Returns Due to Damaged in transit, incorrect product delivery, Shortage of items
Incorrect, missing product and damaged products claims should be submitted to our support email within 3 days after receiving the product. We advise our customers to examine the received item carefully so you can notify us with the problem detail by detail.
Cancellation
The purchaser is entitled to cancel your orders within 24 hours of purchase. Kindly share your reasons to us why you want to cancel your orders. This is improving our service and the quality of products we produce.
We do not accept cancellation when the items are shipped. Please wait to received your orders and contact us to request for a return.

Return Shipping Cost
Wrong orders by the customer/s are acceptable for a return claim. However, the customer/s is the one who will shoulder all returning expenses, shipping costs, tax, and other related fees.
IF an error is caused by the company, Showsen, shipping fees, and other related fees will be shouldered by the company.
IF the item received is in bad condition or damaged due to poor courier handling, immediately contact us so we can investigate the issue.
THE COMPANY WILL CHARGE A 5% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURN REQUESTS.
Refunds
SHOWSEN provide free shipping for all orders, and do not charge any handling fees, taxes. This is because the shipping cost and handling fees of the products you buy are all borne by SHOWSEN.
However, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you request a return for the goods, we will deduct these costs from the refund amount.
This means that the refund amount received is equal to the amount of your payment minus shipping cost and handling fees.
Please allow at least 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your card, debit, PayPal, or any kind of method you use.
