Shipping Policy

With the increasing number of orders and the situation that the World faces today because of COVID-19, late shipments are happening more often than usual. SHOWSEN will do our best to minimize such inconvenience in order to meet your requirements.

All packages are carefully packed, insulated, and inspected before leaving the warehouse. Upon the arrival of the package to your side, if you find the packaging appears to be damaged, we advise you to inspect the package with the carrier as your witness. If found in bad condition, please contact us at the first time.

Ship Out Time

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday between 6 am and 6 pm EST. Products marked “In-Stock” ordered after the cut-off time will leave our warehouse in 1-3 business day.

Shipping Cost

We offers free shipping for all orders.

However, there will be a shipping cost for returning products. Returning products will undergo an investigation to confirm whether shipping costs will be shouldered by Showsen or by the customer. Learn more in our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping Time

The shipping time will vary from different destination.

If the delivery address is in United States, the items will take 5-15 business days to be shipped;

If the delivery address is in Canada, Australia and United Kingdom, the items will take 10-20 business days to be shipped;

If the delivery address is in other countries, it will take 15-30 business days to be shipped.

Note: All orders are processed the same business day. It will take 1-3 business days upon completion of processing to ship out. If happened to purchase SHOWSEN products at a weekend or a holiday, expect a slight delay. We function during weekdays from Monday to Friday.

Change of Delivery Address

Change of Address can only be possible IF the orders are still in the warehouse. As stated above, the shipment might take 1-3 business days before release. Requests that took place after the said period will not be honored.

We encourage our customers to check all important information before order check out. This is to avoid hassle and delays in delivery.

Note: We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. APO/FPO addresses should have “US Armed Forces” selected as the country and city as APO, FPO, or DPO to ensure correct routing. For immediate assistance, kindly contact our customer support.

Tax and Duties

All orders placed outside the USA are subjected to duties and taxes depending on the destination of the parcel. SHOWSEN shoulder said fees for our clients. However, the tax fee will not be refund if you request for a return.

Lost Item/Package

Upon ship the order, SHOWSEN will provide you with the tracking number via the contact details you provided.

If a purchase does not arrive 2 days after the said delivery date, immediately contact us for assistance. SHOWSEN is not liable for extended delivery days.

If the purchases are declared lost, we will carry an investigation to determine the next step to take. Give us at least 1-3 business days to process. We will do our best to handle the case as quickly as possible.
